Toronto, Ontario – The Toyota Yaris is the grand prize in several contests this fall, says Toyota Canada, including three held by MusiquePlus, MusiMax and the Dairy Farmers Association.

The company says that so far this year, it has sold 9,700 Yaris sedans and 15,000 Yaris hatchback models in Canada.

In Quebec, a Yaris Hatchback RS is the grand prize in a contest with MusiquePlus, which runs now until November 5th. Viewers must collect hints on the www.musiqueplus.com Web site. A Yaris Hatchback RS will also be given away in a MusiMax contest that wraps up on October 22th; contestants have to collect hints given out on-air on the TV show “Ca commence maintenant”, and enter their answers by mail.

Three Yaris Hatchback RS editions will be given away as part of the Canadian Dairy Farmers’ annual “mooing milk carton” contest, which takes place in October and November. Thousands of prizes are given away through 30 million specially marked milk containers; Yaris winners will hear a “moo” when the carton is opened, and then the Yaris theme song.
