Toyota to stage world premiere of 2007 Tundra CrewMax in Detroit
Detroit, Michigan – Toyota will stage the world premiere of its all-new 2007 Tundra CrewMax full-size pickup at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit in January. The four-door CrewMax will offer the most room, versatility and storage in the Tundra line-up.
The 2007 Tundra is larger in every dimension than the model it replaces, and is available in 31 model configurations, with a choice between 4×2 and 4×4 drivetrains, and a towing capacity of more than 10,000 pounds. The new Tundra offers three cab styles, three wheelbase lengths, three bed lengths, three engines and three trim levels.
The new Toyota was designed and engineered in the U.S., and will be assembled exclusively at the company’s truck plants in Texas and Indiana.
The company will give full details on the vehicle at the premiere on Sunday, January 7, 2007.
