Toyota recalls fourteen fuel-cell vehicles for hydrogen leak
Kyodo, Japan – Toyota is recalling fourteen fuel-cell vehicles leased in Japan and the United States after one was found leaking hydrogen from its fuel tank in late August, reports the Green Car Congress.
The leak was discovered in a vehicle leased to an American university. The company decided to recall the fourteen units of the older model to prevent any malfunctioning. So far, Toyota has issued three recalls on its hydrogen-powered vehicles.
