Concept will definitely be toned down before production

The Toyota C-HR concept has leaked before its official debut at the Paris Motor Show next month.

Shown here in the two leaked shots in a colour that can only be described as ‘blurple’, the C-HR concept will likely spawn a production vehicle based upon the Toyota Corolla to compete with the forthcoming Honda HR-V and current Chevrolet Trax and Nissan Juke.

While the design is distinctly meant to accentuate its concept form, the C-HR is a departure from Toyota’s current design language and could possibly diverge from most of the company’s other models when it finally finds its way to dealer lots.

Other than the drivetrain being described as a “hybrid” setup, there’s been no details. We should know significantly more next month.
