Toronto, Ontario – Steeles Avenue in the north end of Toronto has once again been named the worst road in Ontario in a poll by the Canadian Automobile Association (CAA) and the Ontario Road Builders’ Association.

Almost 10,000 voted for the road, highway or bridge they wanted to see fixed; the association named the top 20 in the province.

“This is the highest number of votes we’ve ever seen in the seven years of this campaign,” said Faye Lyons, external relations specialist for CAA South Central Ontario. “For the first time, we’ve also seen almost half the roads on the list come from the City of Toronto.”
