Mississauga, Ontario – Nissan will hold the first Canadian public test drives of the all-electric Leaf at the Green Living Show in Toronto. On April 15 to 17, 2011, attendees at the show can get behind the wheel of a Leaf.

“Between the thousands of Canadians who have signed up for Nissan Leaf updates on our consumer Web site and the response we’ve received at auto shows across Canada, we know Canadians are really interested in this car,” said Ian Forsyth, Nissan Canada’s electric vehicle project manager. “We couldn’t have picked a better event than the Green Living Show for the first public test drives, which showcases the best solutions for sustainable living. We’re excited to let people actually drive the car, because we know they will be impressed.”

The Green Living Show runs April 15 to 17 at the Direct Energy Centre in Toronto’s Exhibition Place. For more information, visit Green Living.
