Standard features include the Ecotec 2.2-litre 4-cylinder engine, 4-speed automatic transmission, front dual-stage air bags, air conditioning, power driver seat height adjuster, power windows, power door locks, power outside rearview mirrors and compact disc player.
Malibu offers many available options including a 3.5-litre V6, head-curtain side air bags, anti-lock brakes, traction control, cruise control, compact disc player with six speakers and six-disc in-dash compact disc changer.
To further maximize versatility, the Malibu offers a standard 60/40 folding rear seat and a fold-flat front passenger seat. The Malibu is built on the Epsilon architecture and the 6-cylinder engine offers the best fuel economy in its class for city driving, says GM.
