Mississauga, Ontario – Porsche has announced the 911 Black Edition, limited to 1,911 units worldwide, which will arrive in dealerships this spring. The special edition is available only in solid black or basalt black metallic.
Exterior highlights include two-tone 19-inch 911 Turbo II wheels, black brake calipers, and a chrome “911” badge in place of the standard “Carrera” lettering. Inside, the black interior includes stainless steel door entry guards with Black Edition type, SportDesign steering wheel, aluminum-look trim and the rear centre console painted in the exterior colour. The Comfort and Infotainment option package is standard, including rain-sensing wipers, auto-dimming mirrors, heated seats, Bose Surround System and Porsche Communication Management with navigation. The Black Edition uses the 3.6-litre flat-six engine fitted to the standard 911 Carrera.
Pricing for the 911 Black Edition will be $92,800 for the coupe and $104,200 for the cabriolet.
