New York, New York – Visitors to the first U.S. Motorexpo, to be held in New York this week, will get a “sneak peek” of the new Porsche 911 before it goes on sale later this month in North America. It will be displayed nearly 44 years to the date after the very first edition left the assembly line on September 14, 1964 in Stuttgart, Germany.
The Motorexpo event runs September 15 to 19 at the World Financial Center in Manhattan. Porsche will also display the Cayman and Boxster RS 60, Cayenne GTS, and American LeMans Series champion Penske Porsche RS Spdyer race car.
Featuring fifteen of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands, Motorexpo will be staged along the walkways that connect the four-tower complex at the Hudson River.
