Ottawa, Ontario – Wait times at the Canada-United States land borders during the busy summer tourist season can now be accessed via Twitter through a three-month pilot project by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
The tool provides travellers with an alternate method of receiving border wait time information. Users will be able to search for specific land border crossings in New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia, or updates to all border wait times. Searches can also be saved for easy access at a later date.
