Mini Clubman will be sold in Canada
Whitby, Ontario – Mini has announced that the Mini Clubman, a wagon variant introduced at the Geneva Motor Show, will be sold in Canada, although a timeframe was not given. The Clubman is based on a concept first shown in Frankfurt in 2005.
Known as a “shooting brake” in Europe, the car will be launched on that continent before the end of 2007. The company says that Canadian launch dates have yet to be confirmed.
Mini says that “historically, shooting brake models are so-called due to a combination of premium two-door styling, with added interior flexibility and comfort for owners leading active lifestyles.”
