Michelin winter tires rank highest in customer satisfaction in Japan

Tokyo, Japan – For a third consecutive year, Michelin has ranked highest in Japan in customer satisfaction with its winter tires, according to J.D. Power Asia Pacific. The study measures performance on snow-covered roads, icy and regular roads, tire appearance, and tire quality and durability.

Among the seven tire brands included in the study, Michelin ranked highest with an overall index score of 655 on a 1,000-point scale, or 73 points higher than the industry average. Bridgestone followed with 602 points.
