Toronto, Ontario – Mercedes-Benz has begun construction on a new store in Mirabel, Quebec that will formally open its doors later this year.
Located at exit 23 off Highway 15, the new retailer is located close to Highway 640 and directly on the main route to the Laurentians. It is expected to service customers from the Mirabel, Blainville, Sainte-Therese and Boisbriand area, and beyond. The showroom will hold 15 cars, with 50 more that can be situated in an adjacent indoor courtyard. The dealership will also include a distinct Smart Fortwo display area.
“Our most important priority is to ensure that the proper infrastructure is in place to provide an outstanding experience for every customer at each step of the purchasing process and ownership experience,” said Marcus Breitschwerdt, president and CEO of Mercedes-Benz Canada. “This new facility is an investment that will bolster our already extensive Quebec dealer network, ensuring a prominent corporate presence for our brands that is visible from a busy thoroughfare and providing a beautiful home to showcase the entire Smart, Mercedes-Benz and AMG vehicle range.”
The retailer will create 40 new jobs when it is fully operational.
