Mazda to unveil all-new Mazda6 in Frankfurt
Leverkusen, Germany – Mazda has announced it will present the world premiere of the all-new Mazda6 at the Frankfurt Motor Show next week. The new model continues Mazda’s “lightweight” strategy; it is slightly lighter, uses less fuel and produces less CO2 than its predecessor.
The Mazda6 follows the introduction of the company’s all-new Mazda2, a model not sold in North America, which is also lighter and produces fewer CO2 emissions than the previous model. The company will introduce a diesel version of the Mazda2 at this year’s show.
The company’s display will also include a Special Edition RX-8, which celebrates the 40th anniversary of the rotary engine.
