Mazda takes over distribution in Belgium and Luxemburg

Leverkusen, Belgium – Mazda Motor Europe has announced that it is taking distribution of its vehicles in Belgium and Luxemburg into its own hands, under the name of Mazda Motor Belux. It takes over the import of Beherman Auto, which has taken care of distribution since 1967.

The Mazda network in the two countries now consists of 63 distributors and 40 acknowledged auto repairers. The company says the founding of Mazda Motor Belux fits its international strategy; Mazda wants to organize European distribution itself, and recently founded national sales companies in Ireland, the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic.
