Oakville, Ontario – For the first time, the Lincoln star logo has been placed on Ford of Canada’s Oakville, Ontario assembly complex, in recognition of the all-new Lincoln MKX and Ford Edge that are being built there. The new crossover utility vehicles go on sale in November.

The MKX will be the first volume Lincoln ever built in Canada. The Oakville complex, which also builds the Freestar minivan, is undergoing a $1 billion transformation to flexible manufacturing.
