Redesign includes changed — but familiar — exterior with more welcoming interior
John Scotti Volvo, along with Volvo Canada, can claim a first under their collective belt. The Montreal-area Volvo dealer is the first in North America to showcase how Volvo will sell their new cars in the near future.
Called the ‘Volvo Retail Experience’ concept, it is mainly a redesign of the exterior and interior of the showroom and other dealership spaces. Volvo states it “enhances the customer experience while focusing on design quality and contemporary aesthetics.”
“The Volvo Retail Experience concept is a positive signal of Volvo’s commitment to Canada as well as the brand’s bright future in the automotive landscape,” said President & CEO Marc Engelen.
“John Scotti Volvo is the first retailer in North America to showcase the Volvo Retail Experience concept demonstrating their continued dedication to the re-invigoration of the Volvo brand.”
New furniture and lighting are used in concert and align to show Volvo’s loyalty to its Scandinavian heritage.
According to GoodCarBadCar, Volvo sits in 30th place for year-to-date sales amongst brands in Canada, ahead of Scion, Smart, Jaguar, and Maserati.
