New ‘Ingenium’ engines, integral link rear suspension, F-type front suspension to be featured on new sedan
Jaguar has announced their upcoming XE sedan will debut in London on September 8th and it will feature a number of upcoming technologies meant to launch the new model to the head of the pack.
The XE will be powered by Jaguar’s newly developed Ingenium engines. The rear will use an integral link suspension while the new XE borrows a modified version of the F-type’s double wishbone front suspension for up front.
Electric power steering will be equipped as well, with Jaguar stating the state-of-the-art system will deliver “renowned Jaguar feel and response.”
Getting power to the ground will be easier thanks to All Surface Progress Control, a system to get the best launches possible on less than ideal surfaces.
