Jaguar Canada dealers the happiest

Toronto, Ontario – Jaguar Canada recently topped the rankings for the Canadian Automobile Dealers Association (CADA) 2003 dealer satisfaction survey. The company received the award of “Highest Overall Ranking Line”. Jaguar Canada also swept the CADA awards in all the remaining categories, including the award for “Most Effective Dealer/Manufacturer Communications” and “Most Improved Dealer Satisfaction Rating”. This is the first time in the history of the survey that a manufacturer has swept all three awards.

“It is truly an honour to accept these awards because it means that our dealer network has confidence in our brand,” said Vic Bernardini, president, Aston Martin Jaguar Land Rover Canada. “I think we moved so far up the rankings because our dealers and my team are engaged in very good dialogue on how to make us work better together.”

CADA’s annual survey is designed to encourage communication between dealers and their respective manufacturers. These awards reflect the key categories for which auto retailers rate their manufacturers on questionnaire items such as product design, product quality, warranty, service policies, dealer factory relations and communications.

CADA Industry Relations Chairman Ron Jones presented the three major awards at a reception in Toronto during the CADA’s Industry Relations meeting on February 12, 2004, and praised the company for their leadership role in working with their retailers from coast to coast.
