Shanghai, China – Infiniti has announced its first dealership in China, with the opening of Shanghai Yongda Infiniti. The company started its sales in China on July 1, offering the G35 sedan and FX35/45 SUVs.
The dealership follows the company’s global standard design, which incorporates steel and glass exteriors, and rounded curves on the top. The design was established in 2005 and first applied at an Infiniti dealership in Korea; it is expected that 18 per cent of U.S. dealers will adopt the global design by the end of 2007, and 60 per cent by 2010.
