Mexico City, Mexico – Infiniti will begin sales in Mexico this fall, making it the country’s premier Asian luxury brand.
Infiniti was the fastest-growing import luxury brand in the United States last year and Mexico will be its next major expansion.
Starting in the third quarter of 2011, Mexican consumers will be able to purchase and service Infiniti automobiles at five retailers in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey. The range will initially include the G37 sedan and coupe, M56, FX50 and QX56.
Infiniti was created in the U.S. in 1989 and has since expanded to Canada, Europe, China, Korea, Taiwan and parts of the Middle East, sold by 340 dealers worldwide.
