Pebble Beach, California – The all-new 2008 Infiniti EX35 and revised 2008 M sport sedan made their debut on Saturday at Pebble Beach’s Concours d’Elegance in California. It marked the world production debut for the EX35 crossover vehicle.

The EX35 also becomes the second Infiniti production vehicle, following the 2008 Infiniti M, to offer the company’s new Lane Departure Prevention system, and the first to feature “Scratch Shield”, a special “self-healing” clearcoat paint.

“The EX35 is the perfect fusion of a luxury coupe and a high-utility SUV,” says Mark Igo, Infiniti vice president and general manager. “Its ‘right-sized’ packaging gives it excellent around-town manoeuvrability, while the wide rear hatch and low load floor make it a versatile performer for everyday and weekend use.”

The Infiniti M, meanwhile, receives major upgrades for 2008, including the first-ever availability of Infiniti’s ATTESA E-TS all-wheel drive system on the M45x, which joins the M35x to provide buyers with two choices in AWD performance. The refreshed M also receives revised exterior and interior styling, including new front and rear fascia, along with new wheels, six new exterior colours, and a greater differentiation between models equipped with Sport packages.
