Infiniti Canada sponsors Cirque du Soleil

Mississauga, Ontario – Infiniti Canada, a division of Nissan Canada Inc. will become the exclusive
automotive sponsor of the Cirque du Soleil in Canada, announced the company.

The three-year agreement will see the Infiniti brand sponsor close to 500 Big Top Touring Shows and close to 100 Saltimbanco Arena Shows in Canada, between 2007 and 2009.

On Wednesday, Cirque du Soleil unveiled this year’s Big Top Touring Show as KOOZA, which tells the story of The Innocent, a melancholy loner in search of his place in the world. Written and directed by David Shiner, the show is set in an electrifying and exotic visual world full of surprises, thrills, chills, audacity and total involvement, says the company. KOOZA will have its world premiere in Montreal on May 3, 2007 and will visit Quebec City and Toronto this summer.
