Vancouver, British Columbia – The Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) is now offering many of its key online services into Chinese and Punjabi, including how to get a driver’s license, how to insure a vehicle, and how to make a claim.
“Part of what makes British Columbia such a great place to live is its cultural diversity,” said Jon Schubert, president and CEO of ICBC. “As B.C.’s preferred auto insurer we need to understand our customers and exceed their expectations, and we hope these new resources will help better meet those needs.”
Links to Chinese and Punjabi information can be found at ICBC in the upper right-hand corner. Customers can also use the locator drop-down menu to search for an auto body shop, Glass Express shop, claim centre, driver licensing office, Autoplan broker or chiropractor in these languages.
