Hyundai Santa Fe earns 2007 Top Safety Pick award

Arlington, Virginia – The 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe midsize SUV has earned the Top Safety Pick designation from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). The Santa Fe earned the top rating of “Good” for front, side and rear crash protection, and is equipped with electronic stability control.
The Santa Fe is one of 21 cars, SUVs and minivans that have earned the IIHS’ highest award.
The redesigned Santa Fe has new seats and head restraints to improve its performance in rear impacts; the seats and head restraints in the previous model were rated “Poor” overall.
The Hyundai Entourage minivan previously earned the Top Safety Pick designation, along with its sister vehicle Kia Sedona.
