Hyundai receives five-star NHTSA ratings on two models

Fountain Valley, California – Hyundai has announced it has received the highest five-star crash ratings for both frontal and side-impact crash tests from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) for its all-new 2007 Veracruz and Santa Fe.
The 2007 Elantra also scored five stars for frontal crash performance, and Veracruz received four stars for rollover performance.
The new Veracruz includes standard electronic stability control, anti-lock brakes and six airbags, including side air curtains for all three rows of seats.
