Markham, Ontario – Today, Honda Canada revealed photos of the 2012 Honda CR-V Concept vehicle which provides a hint at the styling direction for the all-new, fourth-generation 2012 CR-V that is scheduled to go on sale in Canada early next year.
“The CR-V Concept highlights the exterior styling with a more sophisticated and dynamic design of the upcoming production model,” said Jerry Chenkin, executive vice president of Honda Canada Inc.
The all-new 2012 CR-V will offer Canadian buyers a more fuel-efficient engine for top-of-class fuel economy. In addition to all-new exterior styling, the 2012 CR-V will feature an all-new interior with a more accommodating and spacious design, lower cargo floor and enhanced packaging. There will be a new, Canadian-exclusive Touring model introduced for 2012.
The CR-V is currently manufactured at the East Liberty Auto Plant in Ohio. The new 2012 CR-V will also be built at the Honda of Canada Mfg. assembly plant in Alliston, Ontario, starting early next year.
