Honda announces all-new 2007 CR-V pricing; new two-wheel drive system available

Toronto, Ontario – Honda Canada has announced that the redesigned 2007 CR-V compact SUV will be available in two- or four-wheel drive, with a starting price of $27,700. The CR-V is scheduled to go on sale nationwide on October 16.

New for 2007 is optional two-wheel drive on the LX model, and satellite-linked navigation system with bilingual voice recognition and rearview camera, featured on the CR-V EX-L Navi model. All CR-V models use a 2.4-litre four-cylinder engine with five-speed automatic transmission; standard safety equipment includes side curtain airbags with rollover sensor, front side airbags with passenger-side occupant position detection system, active front head restraints, vehicle stability assist, anti-lock brakes with electronic brake distribution and brake assist, and a tire pressure monitoring system.

The fully-automatic RealTime four-wheel drive system is standard on all trim levels (two-wheel drive is optional on the LX Trim). Prices are $27,700 for the 2WD CR-V LX; $29,700 for the 4WD CR-V LX; and $32,600 for the EX; $34,600 for the EX-L; and $37,400 for the EX-L Navi.
