Rockstar Games and West Coast Customs team up to create the 2013 GTAV Bravado Banshee.
When Grand Theft Auto first arrived on the scene, it was nothing but a top-down shooter and driving game that allowed you to run over Hare Krishnas for Gouranga points.
GTA V – which is the series’ seventh release, go figure – will bring back the open-worlds introduced to us in GTA III, but with much more opportunity for mayhem and a new online feature.
To promote the new title, GTA developer Rockstar Games and West Coast Customs have teamed up to bring one of the virtual cars to life – the Banshee.
For those of you familiar with the titles, the Banshee needs no introduction. But, for the non-gamers among us, the Banshee is one of the maddest “normal” vehicles you can acquire (either by stealing or…yeah, mainly stealing) in-game.
This real life version is based on a V10-powered Viper with custom body panels made specifically for the exercise. The interior is a custom affair as well, though hard points for the Viper remain. Carbon fibre, custom seats, and more speakers than a rap concert make up the inside of the one-off.
Unfortunately, Canadians are not eligible to take this one-off home, as it is being given away by GameStop in the United States.
