Detroit, Michigan – GM’s goal of having a drivable version of its Sequel hydrogen fuel cell car may be delayed due to financial problems, as reported by the Green Car Congress. The company had earlier stated it wanted the Sequel available in a drivable version by the end of the year. The concept car was introduced in January at the North American International Auto show in Detroit.
The company lost US$1.1 billion globally from January to March of 2005, and US$1.2 billion in North America from April to June 2005.
