The site uses a conversational style to help clarify misconceptions people may have about the company, and is intended to be a resource for anyone looking for more information on recent news and announcements about the company. It is organized by sections, each containing a myth and GM’s response to each one; visitors can email information they hear about GM and request that the issue be addressed on the site.
