Ford fulfills pledge to “Save the Mustangs” program

Dearborn, Michigan – Ford has announced that in less than one year, it has generated more than US$200,000 in donations to the “Save the Mustangs” program, which provides thousands of wild horses with long-term care. The program is a partnership of Ford, the Bureau of Land Management and Take Pride in America.

Established in May 2005, the program will distribute money to more than 300 non-profit wild horse and equine rescue organizations that will receive funding to care for saleable wild horses that they purchase and maintain with long-term care. For more information, visit www.savethemustangs.org.
