Brampton, Ontario – An Exotic Car Ride Charity Day in the Toronto area on Saturday, June 5 will raise funds for childhood cancer research at the Hospital for Sick Children.
Hosted by ILR Car Control School, the event allows members of the public to ride in exotic sports cars for a $20 donation to the James Fund, in support of neuroblastoma research. All costs and expenses have been donated by sponsors, and all money collected goes directly to the charity.
Models from Ferrari, Porsche, Lotus, Viper and Lamborghini will be available at the Powerade Centre in Brampton, Ontario; the donation includes a ride in the car and a picture taken with it.
Owners of exotic and unique sports and muscle cars who wish to take place are urged to volunteer for the day. A half-day car control school will be available for free in the morning for interested participants.
The event runs Saturday, June 5 from approximately 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the north parking lot of the Powerade Centre.
