Mississauga, Ontario – Drivers in select cities across Canada will be able to test-drive the all-electric Nissan Leaf through the company’s Drive Electric Tour. The tour begins in Montreal today and ends in Vancouver in late October, stopping at 27 dealers.

“There’s nothing like driving the Nissan Leaf for the first time because people are always amazed that an all-electric car that produces no emissions, is so quiet, responsive and fun to drive, while at the same time being so functional,” said Judy Wheeler, director of marketing at Nissan Canada. “The Drive Electric Tour provides an opportunity for those who are curious about the Nissan Leaf to get behind the wheel and ask experts all about what it means to drive electric.”

Each of the 27 dealers, who are certified to sell and service the Leaf, will have three vehicles available for five-kilometre test drives, along with one on display. The test-drives are limited and must be booked in advance at Nissan.
