Toronto, Ontario – Canadians can “drive” a Toyota hybrid online and win a chance to drive one for a week. Toyota Canada has introduced the Hybridizer, an online educational tool that lets Canadians compare a conventional gasoline-powered vehicle with a hybrid, a plug-in hybrid and an electric vehicle.
The Hybridizer features the powertrains in typical driving scenarios such as a daily commute, a weekend getaway or road trip, and shows drivers what fuel or electricity charging costs they face, as well as charging times and total emissions.
The Hybridizer contest runs until April 31, 2012 and offers five winners the chance to drive a 2012 Prius Plug-In Hybrid for a week. To enter, visit Hybridizer, follow the online instructions, submit an entry form and tell Toyota why you should drive the Prius Plug-In Hybrid for a week.
