Charlottesville, Virginia – American consumer electronics retailer Crutchfield has announced that it is expanding in to the Canadian marketplace with its car and home entertainment products. The company has a new catalogue and online selection at CrutchfieldCanada.com, and articles and videos at CrutchfieldAdvisor.ca.
The company, with more than 33 years’ experience, currently offers more than 1,000 items, including car audio and video gear, televisions, and home audio and video products and accessories. Throughout 2007 and beyond, it will also add digital cameras and personal audio products. The Web site includes a “Car Selector” shopping tool, with a database of more than 10,000 makes and models, which lets users sort car stereos and speakers for the best fit to each vehicle.
All prices on the site are in Canadian dollars, and all products will ship directly from a warehouse in Ontario, eliminating additional tariffs. The company says that most orders will be processed in one to two days, and all purchases will be backed by the company’s customer service and free lifetime technical support.
