Micheline Cooper withdrew appeal of OMVIC’s refusal to grant her a sales licence

After having their licences immediately suspended by the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC), a first in Ontario, the sole proprietor of Craig Terry Investments Ltd. and Drivetime (Sudbury) has withdrawn her appeal and licences for both dealerships will be revoked.

Micheline Cooper also withdrew an appeal over OMVIC’s refusal to grant her a sales licence for two other dealerships she planned to open.

Craig Terry Investments Ltd., Drivetime (Sudbury), and Micheline Cooper herself are banned from buying, selling, or leasing vehicles in Ontario, said the statement from OMVIC.

Ryan MacLennan, former Craig Terry Investments Ltd. sales and finance manager and owner of dealership The Auto Bank, may also see a revocation of his licence. That matter is still before the Licence Appeals Tribunal. Until the appeal is heard, MacLennan and his dealership may still buy, sell, and lease vehicles.
