Chrysler to unveil 2007 Long Wheelbase 300
Auburn Hills, Michigan – The Chrysler Group will unveil the all-new 2007 Chrysler 300 Long Wheelbase at the New York International Auto Show, beginning on April 14. The Long Wheelbase model is 15 cm (six inches) longer than current models, providing more than 116 cm (46 inches) of rear legroom. Available this Fall, the model is expected to attract sales from the livery and limousine industry, as well as retail customers.
The Long Wheelbase model will be available as the Chrysler 300, with a 3.5-litre V8, and the 300C with 5.7-litre Hemi V8. Both models can be ordered with numerous luxury features including lighted rear writing tables, two 12-volt power ports for computers or cell phones, footrests, lighted vanity mirrors, directional rear reading lights, and custom paint colours and pinstriping. The vehicles will be modified by Accubuilt, a specialty vehicle manufacturer based in Lima, Ohio, and sold through Chrysler dealerships. Pricing will be provided closer to the vehicle’s launch this fall.
