Chevy SSR sells on eBay Motors for $93,100
The first Chevy SSR available for sale in Canada sold for $93,100 on eBay.ca Motors as part of a charity auction. Lee Munro of Paris, Ontario placed the highest bid on the Chevy SSR – buying one of the most highly anticipated new vehicles in Canada.

The Chevy SSR was auctioned on eBay.ca Motors from September 5-15, 2003, with one hundred per cent of the auction proceeds being donated to the Canadian Cancer Society.
General Motors has a long history of supporting cancer-related causes and the Canadian Cancer Society. GM has contributed $250,000 toward helping the Society achieve its mission, and both GM and its employees have contributed almost $8 million to cancer causes in Canada over recent years.
