Cadillac to premiere 2008 CTS sedan to European market in Geneva

Geneva, Switzerland – Cadillac has announced it will present the European premiere of the 2008 CTS sedan at the 2007 Salon International de l’Auto in Geneva, Switzerland, along with several vehicles with new features. The CTS will begin production in the U.S. in the late summer of 2007, with European sales to follow in the Fall.

“The all-new CTS has a mission to bring the striking design of a concept car, the performance of a sports car and sophistication of an elegant sedan right into the heart of the luxury market,” says Cadillac General Manager Jim Taylor. “Cadillac is injecting more dramatic character into the normally reserved luxury sedan category.”

Other vehicles on display will be the refined 2007 SRX with new six-speed automatic transmission and new V6 model; the all-new 2007 Escalade; the STS with available all-wheel drive; the new BLS Sport, with available turbodiesel engine; and the XLR-V and STS-V.
