Oshawa, Ontario – General Motors has announced the 2009 Cadillac CTS-V will be available at Canadian dealerships this Fall with a starting price of $68,500.

“The 2009 CTS-V is Cadillac’s ultimate expression of performance and luxury,” said Marc Comeau, vice president of sales, service and marketing for GM of Canada. “While its track numbers speak volumes, we think that the comfortable transition from sport supercar to touring luxury sedan is what really sets the CTS-V apart.”

The CTS-V uses a 6.2-litre supercharged V8 engine and accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in less than four seconds; its performance technologies include a new version of Cadillac’s Magnetic Ride Control suspension.
