CAA members urged to attend meetings on 407 toll highway

Toronto, Ontario – The Canadian Automobile Association is urging members in the Greater Toronto Area to come to a special meeting today and speak out about their experiences on the 407 toll highway. Eglinton-Lawrence MPP Mike Colle opens an investigative review of the 407 ETR’s billing and customer service practises on Monday, November 22nd.

“This is a great opportunity for CAA members to share their views and
offer solutions to improve customer service on the 407,” said Mark Arsenault,
CAA director, public and Government Affairs. “We applaud Mike Colle for taking
on this challenge, and making this effort to address driver concerns.”

Drivers can now air their views by attending one of four public hearings.
They can also visit the website for more information.
