Munich, Germany – BMW Group Australia has announced it will donate an initial sum of AUD$100,000 to the Victorian Bushfire Appeal Fund, to aid relief to victims of the fires.

The company, which imports BMW vehicles and motorcycles, along with Mini vehicles, will also match donations collected from BMW Group Australia employees, and provide support to staff members directly affected by the fires inVictoria.

“We’re moved by the severity of the disaster and the extent of the tragic human suffering,” said managing director Guenther Seemann. “On behalf of our employees and customers, we hope this donation will assist those affected by the Victorian bushfires.”
