BMW 7 Series Sport Package to debut Chicago auto show

Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey – An all-new Sport Package for the 745i and 745Li will make its world debut at the Chicago Auto Show. Also highlighted will be the xActivity SAV concept, the 2004 3 Series Coupe and Convertible with updated styling, the all-new Performance Package for the 330i Sedan and the V-12 powered 760Li, the BMW ALPINA ROADSTER V8 and the Z4 Roadster, which will be available this spring with an optional Sequential Manual Gearbox.

The 745i and 745Li will now be offered with a new Sport Package. The package includes a sport suspension, and unique 19-inch wheels and mixed-size performance tires (245/45 front and 275/40 rear). In addition to the wheels and tires the exterior is highlighted by shadowline trim and roof rails painted in matching body color for the 745Li. Tailored for the driving enthusiast, the interior features sport seats and a unique three-spoke sport steering wheel which includes new standard STEPTRONIC shift controls for the 6-speed automatic transmission.
