Burnaby, British Columbia – The British Columbia Automobile Association (BCAA) has been awarded the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award for Marketplace Excellence. The award recognizes the organization for its ethical business practices and for providing exceptional service.
BCAA has been helping motorists for 104 years and serves over 786,000 members and customers across B.C. and the Yukon.
“BCAA is much more than tow trucks, maps and TourBooks,” said Colin MacPhail, director of membership. “One of the reasons it’s an honour for BCAA to win the Better Business Bureau Marketplace Excellence Award is that it recognizes BCAA for who we are, not just for the services we provide and products we sell. We like to think we’ve earned the trust and respect of British Columbians and we’re thankful for the loyalty of BCAA members and customers.”
