BCAA should reach three-quarter million member mark this spring
Burnaby, B.C. – Based on above-average membership growth in 2005, the British Columbia Automobile Association (BCAA) anticipates reaching the three-quarters of a million member mark this spring. This will make it the third-largest CAA-affiliated auto association in Canada.
In 2004, BCAA added 10,000 members, its best growth rate in over a decade, and expects to add 18,000 new members this year. Its current recruitment rates are well ahead of the average CAA (Canadian Automobile Association) and AAA (American Automobile Association) average. It has also become one of the top three travel agencies and one of the largest providers of home insurance in British Columbia.
The 750,000th member will be presented with a special BCAA awards package worth over $2,000 and will not pay an enrollment fee.
