Ingolstadt, Germany – Audi will unveil its all-new A5 and S5 at the Geneva Auto Show today, featuring gasoline and diesel engines, new running gear and numerous innovative, luxury-class equipment features. The new models are expected to be delivered in June.
Many of the A5’s elements come from the Nuvolari Quattro concept car, unveiled in 2003. Engines will be rated from 170 to 265 hp, while the models will be front- or Quattro all-wheel drive, and use a six-speed manual or automatic gearbox. All engines feature direct fuel injection, using FSI on gasoline engines and common rail TDI on diesels.
Standard or available features include adaptive bi-Xenon headlamps, LED daytime running lights, advanced key system, panoramic sunroof and rearview camera.
