Gaydon, England – Aston Martin has announced the return of Lagonda, one of the oldest names in luxury car manufacturing. The company plans to market the performance luxury brand in 100 global territories.
Reflecting its history, the brand will return to Russia, enter emerging markets in the Middle East, South America, India and China, and respond to demand from Europe, North America and the Far East.
Lagonda will be committed to innovative new technologies, and will allow Aston Martin to explore alternative powertrain solutions, including flexible fuel, low-emission diesel, and hybrid systems.
The company has unveiled its Lagonda Concept, a four-wheel drive, four-seater model.
