Alberta Motor Association supports MADD Canada’s Project Red Ribbon campaign
Edmonton, Alberta – The Alberta Motor Association (AMA) has announced it is a provincial supporter of the 2006 Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Canada Project Red Ribbon campaign. From now until January 8, 2007, AMA members can pick up a free MADD red ribbon at any AMA centre.
“AMA is proud to support MADD with this highly visible public awareness program,” says Don Szarko of AMA. “Tying a ribbon on your antenna or mirror serves as a sign of respect for the thousands of Canadians who have lost their lives or who have been injured as a result of impaired driving. You’ll also be reminding everyone to drive sober through the holidays and all year round.”
