It’s Friday. Dodge Viper: DNA of a Supercar is waiting for you.
While you sit at the office wondering how to avoid Friday Freda and her non-stop campaigning for the United Way, Dodge has dropped a 22-minute film on the Viper so you can plug in your headphones and ignore the world around you.
Produced by Motor Trend Films, the documentary is a bit like a 22-minute commercial at times, heavy on theatrical music (and even some tunes that wouldn’t be out of place in an iteration of Need For Speed). But, some of the visuals are definitely cool. Exploded Viper anyone?
Tim Kuniskis, Dodge and SRT president, said in a statement, “The Dodge Viper is a precision-handcrafted machine expressively built to stimulate all the senses of an enthusiast’s soul. It’s not widely known what it takes to create this supercar, including the 140 to 160 hours to hand paint each Viper, so we produced the film to show what sets the Viper apart from everything else in its segment.”
